ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES IN THE USA
TAX ADMINISTRATOR / ACCOUNTING
I am Venezuelan. I graduated with a Bachelor in Administration, Computer Mention from Simón Rodríguez University, IUTIRLA Agreement in 2001 in Caracas, Venezuela.
In 2006 I opened my own business under the name of “Florida Services and Consulting, Inc.,” where given my knowledge in administration, I dedicated myself to helping people repair their credits, which as we know, must maintain a good history to be approved their credit applications and thus be able to enjoy a better lifestyle. Parallel to this service, I dedicated myself to studying the accounting area and I started as a bookkeeping. Also, I offered the paralegal services, in charge of Clara Castillo.
For the year 2008, with a better professional preparation, I extended my services to the Preparation of Taxes, General Accounting, (monthly, quarterly, and / or annual), financial statements / balance sheets / profit statements and Losses, bank reconciliation, repair of the closing of the fiscal year and electronic transmission, preparation of payroll and payment of sales taxes, payroll (payroll of employees). Also, to the preparation of personal taxes, and everything concerning the management of personal and corporate finances of my clients, and in parallel we continue working on improving all credit repair strategies, so that each day have a better impact.
For 2011, based on the need of the Hispanic population, we decided to partner and together with Clara Castillo we created “Florida Services & More, LLC”, and thus be able to offer more services in the same office, and now as President I continue to offer the same efficiency in the area of accounting, payroll, personal and company taxes, credit repair, mortgage modifications, and everything my clients need in terms of paralegal services.
